Working Principle

The hook type shot blasting machine operates on a suspended workpiece system. Workpieces are carried by hooks into the blasting chamber and rotate at a constant speed inside. Multiple high-efficiency blast wheels positioned at different angles project abrasive onto the workpiece surfaces, ensuring uniform coverage including external surfaces, internal cavities, and deep holes. After cleaning is completed, the hooks transport the workpieces out of the blasting chamber to the unloading station. The double hook configuration enables alternating operation with one hook being cleaned while the other is loaded or unloaded, reducing waiting time.
