This technology uses high-speed abrasive jets to clean, strengthen or modify the surface of the workpiece. According to the difference in the jet medium and working principle, sandblasting equipment is mainly divided into the following types:
Traditional dry sand blasting system
The use of compressed air to drive dry abrasives has a high processing efficiency but produces more dust. This equipment is widely used in metal rust removal and surface roughening.
Environmentally friendly wet sand blasting device
The dust pollution is effectively controlled by water-grinding mixed spraying. Although the processing speed is slightly slower, it is more suitable for working environments with strict environmental requirements.
Closed vacuum sandblasting equipment
The built-in recovery system realizes the recycling of abrasives, which is particularly suitable for the cleaning of precision parts and electronic components.
High-efficiency shot blasting system
It uses the principle of centrifugal force for high-speed blasting, which is suitable for continuous processing of large batches of workpieces and is commonly seen in production lines for automotive parts and steel structures.
