2. The cleaning effect is not ideal
measure:
1. The supply of projectiles is insufficient, increase the projectiles appropriately
2. The projection direction of the second shot blasting machine is incorrect, adjust the position of the directional sleeve according to the instructions
3. There is a slip phenomenon when the elevator lifts the material
Measures: adjust the drive wheel, tension the belt
4. The separator has abnormal noise
Measures: Loosen the inner and outer bolts, tighten the belt
5. The screw conveyor does not send sand
Measures: See if the wiring is correct and reversed
6. The machine starts and stops insensitively or does not act according to regulations
Measures: 1. The relevant electrical components are burned out, check and replace
2. There is too much dust and dirt in the electrical box, and the electrical contact points are in poor contact
3. If the time relay fails, change the time relay, and it is strictly forbidden to adjust the time when driving
7. The hook does not turn or the rubber wheel slips
