1. Cleaning room: The cleaning room is a large-cavity plate-shaped box-shaped welding structure. The inner wall of the room is lined with ZGMn13 wear-resistant protective plates. The cleaning operation is carried out in a sealed cavity.

2. Conveying roller table: It is divided into indoor conveying roller table and conveying roller table in loading and unloading section. The indoor roller table is covered with a high-chromium wear-resistant sheath and a limit ring. The high-chromium wear-resistant sheath is used to protect the roller table and withstand the impact of projectiles. The limit ring can make the workpiece run at the predetermined position to prevent deviation and cause accidents.

3. Hoist: It is mainly composed of upper and lower transmission, cylinder, belt, hopper, etc. The upper and lower belt pulleys of the same diameter of the hoist are welded into a polygonal structure with a rib plate, a wheel plate and a wheel hub to enhance the friction force, avoid slippage, and prolong the service life of the belt. The hoist cover is bent and formed, and the cover plate on the middle shell of the hoist can be opened to repair and replace the hopper and the overlapping belt. Open the cover on the lower shell of the hoist to remove the blockage of the bottom projectile. Adjust the bolts on both sides of the upper casing of the hoist to drive the pull plate to move up and down to maintain the tightness of the hoisting belt. The upper and lower pulleys use spherical ball bearings with square seats, which can be automatically adjusted when subjected to vibration and impact, and have good sealing performance.

4. Shot blasting machine: The single disc shot blasting machine is adopted, which has become the high-level shot blasting machine in China today. It is mainly composed of a rotating mechanism, an impeller, a casing, a directional sleeve, a pilling wheel, a guard plate, etc. The impeller is forged with Cr40 material, and the blades, directional sleeve, pilling wheel and guard plate are all cast with high chrome material made.

5. Purge device: This device adopts a high-pressure fan, and there are multiple groups of elastic blowing nozzles with different angles in the auxiliary chamber part of the chamber body to purge and clean the remaining projectiles on the surface of the workpiece.

6. Inlet and outlet sealing: The inlet and outlet sealing devices of the workpiece are made of rubber spring steel plates. In order to prevent the projectiles from splashing out of the cleaning room during shot blasting, multiple reinforced seals are set at the inlet and outlet of the workpiece, which is characterized by strong elasticity. , Long life, good sealing effect.

7. Dust removal system: The bag filter is mainly composed of a bag filter, a fan, a dust removal pipeline, etc. to form a dust removal system. The dust removal efficiency can reach 99.5%.

8. Electrical control: The electrical control system adopts conventional control to control the whole machine, and adopts high-quality electrical components produced at home and abroad, which has the advantages of high reliability and convenient maintenance. The main circuit is realized by small circuit breakers and thermal relays. Short circuit, phase loss, overload protection. And there are multiple emergency stop switches to facilitate emergency shutdown and prevent accidents from expanding. There are safety protection switches on the cleaning room and each inspection door of the cleaning room. When any inspection door is opened, the shot blasting machine cannot be started.
