1. Deviation of lifting belt:
The fundamental reason for the deviation of the lifting belt is that the direction of the resultant force of all external forces on the lifting belt is not parallel to the running direction of the lifting belt, that is, the resultant force in the width direction of the lifting belt is not zero. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the deviation rule of the lifting belt is "running tight without running loose, running high without running low, and after running without running forward". The deviation of the hoisting belt mainly includes the deviation of the hoisting belt when it is under heavy load, the deviation of the middle of the hoisting belt and the deviation of the tail wheel of the hoisting belt.
2. Deviation when lifting belt is under heavy load:
When the lifting belt is under heavy load, the deviation is usually caused by the improper position of the feed port, which causes the bias load when feeding. Therefore, it is necessary to modify the position of the feed port to keep the feed port in the middle of the lifting belt.
3. Deviation in the middle of the lifting belt:
Deviation in the middle of the lifting belt is usually caused by the installation of auxiliary guide rollers that do not meet the requirements, the straightness of the lifting belt itself, the tension-resistant curtain core, or the incorrect lifting belt joints. For the deviation caused by the installation error of the auxiliary guide roller, the simple adjustment method is to ensure that the axis of the auxiliary guide roller is parallel to the axis of the driving roller and the driven roller.Since the lifting belt is spliced through vulcanization during the manufacturing process, if the straightness of the tensile layer core is not up to the standard, after the lifting belt is used for a period of time, under the action of the tensile curtain core, the straightness of the lifting belt itself will change. In order to fail to meet the standard, the qualified lifting belt must be replaced again.The misalignment caused by the improper joint of the lifting belt is where the joint runs, and there is a deviation, you can reconnect the joint.
4. Deviation at the lifting lead and tail wheel:
The deviation of the lifting belt head and tail wheel is usually caused by the installation of the main and driven rollers at an angle, the premature wear of the anti-wear rubber layer on the surface of the head wheel, or the inconsistent outer diameter of the rollers.The main and driven rollers are installed at a deflection angle. The simple treatment is to adjust the bearing seat on which side of the hoisting belt runs on the rollers to increase the pulling force on the side of the hoisting belt. It will move to the side with the smaller pulling force to achieve the purpose of correcting deviation.
