Q32 Crawler type shot blasting machine production completed

Yesterday, we completed the production of Q32 series crawler type shot blasting machine, which is a prototype product and will be placed in our sample room for customers to visit and understand the operation process of the shot blasting machine.

This kind shot blasting machine is mainly suitable for small casting and forging workpieces that are not afraid of collision.  In the blasting chamber, workpieces will roll with the crawler, and at the same time, the blasting turbine will spray steel shot to the surface of the workpiece for cleaning.  The used steel shot is transported by the screw and elevator to the separator for separation, and the clean steel shot enters the blasting turbine again for recycling.
